Sergey Pypko
Economist
Sergey Pypko is an Economist at The Bleyzer Foundation. His responsibilities include the monitoring and analysis of macroeconomic developments in Romania and Ukraine. He also carries out studies of structural reforms in emerging countries and macroeconomic forecasts.
Before joining The Bleyzer Foundation, Mr. Pypko was a research assistant at the Center for Research on International Financial and Energy Security at State College in Pennsylvania.
Mr. Pypko holds MA degrees in Economics from the University of Houston and the Kiev School of Economics.
