Olga Pogarska
Senior Economist
As an economist for The Bleyzer Foundation, Olga Pogarska's responsibilities include monitoring and analysis of macroeconomic developments, structural reforms affecting investment climate and economic policy issues in Ukraine and other emerging countries.
Ms. Pogarska holds an MA degree in Economics from the Economic Education and Research Consortium at Kiev-Mohyla Academy in Ukraine. She also holds an MA degree in Economics of the Firm from Kiev National Shevchenko University. Before joining The Bleyzer Foundation, Ms. Pogarska was an economist at the Macroeconomic Reform Project in Ukraine,the Harvard Institute of International Development and the Center for Social and Economic Research. She was also involved in joint projects with the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, the Ministry of Finance, the National Bank of Ukraine and a number of NGOs.
